For over 30 years Clif Nelson, former Chef/Owner of Paramount Grill, served unique and innovative cuisine in Downtown Gainesville.
Clif passed away on March 6th, 2020 after a year-and-a-half-long battle with cancer. While most other restaurants would have closed, the staff at Paramount stepped up and have kept the restaurant going while maintaining Clif’s standards. They will continue to do so as part of Clif’s legacy.

Clif opened Paramount Grill in August 2001 to realize his vision of serving fresh, inventive cuisine, coupled with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Gainesville.

Brunch at Paramount Grill is a delicious experience. Every Sunday, enjoy a mid-day breakfast with bottomless mimosas. It's a perfect way to end a weeekend.

Lunch is a delicious experience as well. Favorite included the grilled duck, tofu stir-fry, delicious & fresh salads.

Support local and head over to Paramount Grill for lunch or dinner.
